Overview

The JBL® Commercial CSM-32 offers fixed I / O, pre-configured architecture, full stereo or mono operation, flexible routing and control of multiple audio sources, simple front-panel configuration and control CSR wall controllers, compatibility with the CSPM paging microphones, and optional duplication of audio channels to a Cat5 cable.

The CSM-32 features three stereo music inputs with gain control and clip LEDs, and two stereo outputs with active crossovers and dedicated subwoofer outputs.

Two additional inputs are provided for music override. First, a mic input provides phantom power and gain control. Second, a line input allows high-priority routing to all zones, which is ideal for alarms.

An additional transformer-isolated mono output is provided for connection to a music-only mono output, which is ideal for music-on-hold systems.

Dedicated controls for music EQ per zone and dedicated controls for global mic EQ allows you to customize each input type individually. In each output channel, LevelGuard ™ is provided with consistent volumes across the various inputs, and AutoWarmth ™ provides full fidelity at all zone volume levels.

Zone Remote ports 1 and 2 enable connection of the CSR wall controllers, which can provide source selection and / or volume control in each output zone. Source select per zone, music level per zone, and mic level per zone. For additional control, two logic inputs facilitate page steering and music muting via contact closure.

Two RJ-45 Link ports allow multiple CSM devices to be connected to increase the number of output zones. Linking CSM devices share the inputs from the main devices over Cat5 cable and eliminates the need for Y-cables.

An included security plate can be placed over the front panel controls to avoid uninvited changes to a commissioned system.

Payment

   International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Philippines and will not be shipped again. Returns & Exchanges

Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.
Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the exchange/refund request is proven valid for the following reasons.

Eligible for exchanges and refunds:
On condition that the package (Labels, tags) of the products are intact.

Ineligible for returns and exchanges:

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 

The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

>Warranty

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
