Mini Converters have a straightforward, compact design that makes them easy to use and super reliable for 24/7 operation. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to all major attractions. There's even a diagram with switch settings printed on the back so you never have to look for the manual!

Changing settings on Mini Converters is as easy as using the built in function switches.

All SDI Mini Converters feature a redundant SDI input for running a second SDI cable as back up.

Most Mini Converter models feature 6G-SDI, making them compatible with all SD, HD and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p30! Ultra HD features a massive 3840 x 2160 frame size that's 4 times the resolution of regular 1080 HD video! The 6G-SDI connections are multi-rate, so they are fully compatible with your existing SD and HD-SDI equipment, as well as Ultra HD! The advanced SDI connections automatically detect the input signal and switch formats as needed.

Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the exchange/refund request is proven valid for the following reasons.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 

The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
