Overview

The Shure SE215 Wireless Sound Isolating Earphones deliver crystal clear, spacious sound with rich bass. These in-ear headphones are equipped with a single dynamic MicroDriver. They connect via Bluetooth to your smartphone or tablet, and have a 30" connecting cable. The SE215 Wireless has a rechargeable battery, and comes with six pairs of ear tips for best fit and sound isolation.

Features

• Bluetooth 4.1: The SE215 Wireless in-ear headphones includes the RMCE-BT1 Bluetooth-enabled Remote+Mic Accessory Cable. This 30" cable has gold-plated MMCX connectors on each end for attaching the SE215 ear buds. With Bluetooth 4.1, you can wirelessly connect with most smartphones, tablets, or laptops from up to 30 feet (10 meters). The RMCE-BT1's cables have a 2" formable wire at each ear bud for an over-the-ear configuration to keep the cables secure and out of the way. The included clothing clip helps stabilize and secure the cable during any activity. The RMCE-BT1 works with the Shure SE215, SE315, SE425, SE535, and SE846 Sound Isolating Earphones.

• In-line Remote/Mic: The in-line 3-button remote and microphone lets you control your music playback, phone calls, and voice assistants (Siri, Google, etc.). The remote/mic works with both Apple iOS and Android devices. There are two outer buttons (+ and -), and a center button. The outer buttons are for raising and lowering the volume, and for skipping to the next or previous track. The center button can turn on/off the power, pair with the Bluetooth device, play/pause music, answer/end/reject a phone call, and activate your digital voice assistant.

• Power Requirements: The headphones are powered by a Lithium-Polymer rechargeable battery. The battery provides up to 8 hours on a full charge, or 2 hours on a 15-minute quick charge. A Micro USB cable is provided for charging the battery.

• Ear Tips: The SE215 Wireless comes with three sizes of silicone flex sleeves and three sizes of black Sound Isolating foam sleeves. The sleeves provide a secure, comfortable fit, and a good seal to enhance the bass and to block up to 37dB of ambient noise.

• Cleaning Tool: In-ear headphones require cleaning from time to time to maintain sound quality. When the earphone nozzle becomes blocked, the sound quality deteriorates. The obstruction can be removed with the included wire loop cleaning tool. The length of the wire loop is customized to allow the tool to reach into the nozzle without damaging the sound filter inside.

• Carrying Case: The SE215 Wireless comes with a black cloth storage case with a zippered closure.

   International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Philippines and will not be shipped again. Returns & Exchanges

  Please make sure you have selected right options(e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order.
Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.
Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the exchange/refund request is proven valid for the following reasons.

Eligible for exchanges and refunds:
On condition that the package (Labels, tags) of the products are intact.

Ineligible for returns and exchanges:

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 

The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

>Warranty

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
