Overview

The Samsung SCZ-2370 High-resolution WDR Vandal-resistant Dome Camera, with 1/4" Super HAD color CCD, delivers clear images in various environments and offers a resolution up to 600TVL. A minimum illumination of 0.0004 lux at f/1.67 (color, Sens-Up) makes the camera suitable for night light surveillance. The camera with varifocal lens (3.5-129.5mm) offers 37x optical zoom, and 16x digital zoom for precise monitoring.

• With 2D/3D filtering noise reduction technology (SSNRIII), the camera offers color images in dimly-lit areas with reduced noise in the picture, thereby saving storage space. The SCZ-2370 high-resolution camera with Day & Night ICR (infrared cut filter removal) function allows you to switch between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting, ensuring accurate color reproduction in daylight and enhanced B&W images at night.
• Featuring SSDR (Samsung Super Dynamic Range), the SCZ-2370 camera balances the overall brightness by illuminating the darker areas to the same ratio as the bright areas, and produces clear images under high-contrast lighting conditions. HLC (Highlight Compensation) is a feature contained within W-V DSP chipsets, and detects bright highlights and masks them out in order to reveal detailed imagery. Automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level and auto white balance adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors.
• Using DIS (Digital Image Stabilization), the SCZ-2370 camera offers steady pictures by compensating for any camera movement caused by external stimuli. The advanced motion detection feature detects motion without any additional external sensor. Privacy masking allows you to mask up to 12 user programmable zones of a scene for privacy reasons.
• Camera control using the video coaxial cable allows you to remotely setup the camera, thus offering ease of installation and remote adjustment in real time. The multi-language OSD (On-screen Display) offers intuitive and convenient interface for easy operation

Returns & Exchanges

Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.
Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the exchange/refund request is proven valid for the following reasons.

Eligible for exchanges and refunds:
On condition that the package (Labels, tags) of the products are intact.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 

The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
