Setting the Tripod:

1.) Spread the legs until the tripod becomes stable

2.) Press down the stay

3.) Unlock the leg length adjustment lock levers

4.) Adjust the length of the legs

5.) Lock the leg length adjustment lock levers

Mounting the Camera:

Install the battery pack "Memory Stick" and a cassette in the video camera recorder/digital still camera before mounting to the tripod

1.) While pulling the camera mounting shoe lock lever fully to the right,slide out the camera mounting shoe from the tripod head.

2.) Attach the camera mounting shoe to the camera.Tighten the screw firmly.When you attach the video camera recorder,aline the pin with the positioning hole.(a)

3.) While pulling the camera mounting shoe lock lever fully to the right,replace the camera mounting shoe with the camera attached into the tripod head.Then,push the camera mounting shoe lock lever to the left to lock.

Adjusting the Height of the Elevator

1.) Loosen the elevator lock knob

2.) Open the elevator length adjustment crank

3.) Adjust the height by rotating the elevator length adjustment crank

4.) Tighten the elevator lock knob

Panning and Tilting

Before panning and tilting,make sure that the elevator knob is locked firmly.If it is unlocked,it will cause a camera shake

Panning

1.) Loosen the pan lock knob.

2.) Adjust the position of the camera by moving the pan handle

3.) Tighten the pan lock knob.

Tilting

4.) Loosen the tilt lock knob.

5.) Adjust the position of the camera by moving the pan handle

6.) Tighten the tilt lock knob.

Changing the Angle of the Tripod Head

Loosen the tripod head lock knob,stand the tripod head to the right then tighten the tripod head lock knob

Exchanges and refunds are accepted only if the exchange/refund request is proven valid for the following reasons.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 

The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
