Overview:
The PANASONIC AW-HE50S with HD/SD-SDI and component outputs plus genlock features a sleek, compact design that combines outstanding image quality, smooth pan/tilt/zoom operation, and easy integration for superior HD and SD production and video communications. The camera utilizes full HD MOS sensors (effective resolution 1920 x1080), along with Panasonic's exclusive Dynamic Range Stretch (DRS) technology and Hybrid 2D/3D Noise Reduction processing, to produce smooth, sharp HD video with up to 850 lines of horizontal resolution in a wide range of lighting conditions and environments.

The camera also incorporates a smooth and highly-accurate pan-tilt head that offers precise, fast, fluid movement in all directions, thereby enabling the capture of both slow and fast-moving objects without the excessive vibration and "bounce" previously associated with small pan-tilt cameras.
1.) Mount Bracket for Installation Surface - Mount this bracket onto the installation surface and then attach the camera main unit to the bracket
2.) Drop-Prevention Wire - Pull out the wire from the bottom panel of the camera main unit and attach it to the hook of the mount bracket
3.) Hole for Securing the Camera Pedestal- This hole is provided in the bottom panel of the camera pedestal
4.) Wireless Remote control signal light-sensing Area- Light sensors are located in four places; at the front of the camera pedestal and on either side.
5. Status display lamp - This lights in the following way depending on the status of the unit
6. Camera head - This rotates in the horizontal direction.
7. Lens unit - This rotates in the up and down direction.
8 Tally lamp - This comes on or goes off in response to the control from the controller but only when “On” has been selected as the tally lamp use setting.

9.) SYNC IN connector [EXT SYNC IN] (AW-HE50S only) - This is the external sync signal input connector. This unit supports the BBS (Black Burst Sync) signal as the external sync signal.
10.) SDI OUT connector [HD/SD SDI OUT] (AW-HE50S only) - This is the SDI video signal output connector
11. Threaded hole (thread: 1/4-20UNC) for mounting the camera - Use this hole when mounting the camera on a tripod, etc.
12. Service switches -The camera is used with all the switches at the OFF setting.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.
The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects.
The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.
If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
