Overview

CR16UDJ racks can be removed in addition to their front and back covers to attach a mixer to the upper part of the body. Thanks to the multi-tilt frame for the mixer, the mixer is very comfortable to operate. All members of the series are made of strong aluminum profiles and 9 mm thick plywood with black plastic coating. All models are strong, durable, heavy duty and designed for everyday work. The doors are secured by lockable butterfly locks during transport and storage, which, even in the unauthorized interest, provide adequate security for the parts and devices being transported. The unique feature of DJ RACKs is that and with special rack-mounted clips, the rack can be instantly transformed into a comfortable desk. Movement is assisted by 4 recessed steel tabs and 4 separate bottom-mounted wheels, two of which can be braked. Ideal for heavy equipment as well. In the CR16UDJ, a 16U separate space for mounting the mixers is available, with a height of 180 mm and a depth of 500 mm.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 

The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

>Warranty

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
