What should I do if the product I need is not listed in the catalog?
If a product is not listed, you can submit a Price Inquiry or contact our sales team directly at sales@channel.com.ph. Our team will verify availability and provide pricing or recommend alternatives.
Where do my submitted quotations and inquiries go?
All submissions — including End-User, Contractor, Price Inquiry, and Project Recommendation forms — are instantly sent to our sales and support team at sales@channel.com.ph upon submission.
How long does it take to receive pricing or feedback after submission?
Our sales team typically responds within 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your request, but a simple request will be sent the same day.
Why are some product prices not displayed on the website?
Prices may not be displayed due to fluctuating market rates, bulk pricing, or product customization options. You can submit a Price Inquiry to get accurate pricing.
Does a Price Inquiry count as a formal quotation or order?
No. A Price Inquiry is informational only. To create a formal quotation or place an order, you need to use the End-User or Contractor Quotation forms.

What is the difference between an End-User Quotation and a Contractor’s Quotation?
- End-User Quotation: Designed for individuals or companies purchasing for themselves. Quickly generate a quote, save, or print it for your records.
- Contractor’s Quotation: Designed for contractors providing quotes to clients. Allows for business details, company logo, and custom terms, and generates a professional PDF for sharing.
How do I convert a generated quotation into a formal order?
After generating a quotation, submit it to our sales team or contact sales@channel.com.ph to process it as a formal order.
Can I edit or revise a quotation after it has been generated?
Yes. End-User and Contractor quotations can be updated before final submission. For changes after submission, contact our sales team.
Are quotations saved for future reference?
Yes. You can save or print your generated quotations. Contractor quotations can also be downloaded as PDF files for record-keeping.
Project Recommendation
Who reviews the Project Recommendation requests?
Our engineers and project specialists review all submissions to provide accurate recommendations and quotations.
Can I upload my own project scope or Bill of Materials (BOM)?
Yes. You can attach your project scope or BOM when submitting a Project Recommendation request to help us provide a precise quotation.
How detailed should my project information be?
The more detailed your project information, the more accurate our recommendations and quotations will be. Include project size, goals, timelines, and specific requirements if possible.

Do I need an account to submit a quotation or inquiry?
No. You can submit quotations or inquiries as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track past submissions and receive updates.
Will I receive a confirmation after submitting a form?
Yes. After submission, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your request.
What if I experience issues with form submission?
