Return Policy

You may request a return within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the item, provided that the item is confirmed to have a factory defect.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The defect must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

Effect of Return & Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected by CHANNEL.
  • In the event of a delay attributable to CHANNEL, interest may be applied in accordance with the applicable overdue interest rate prescribed by the relevant Fair Trade or consumer protection authority.
  • Payments made via credit card, debit card, or e-money will be refunded through the original payment provider, in accordance with the policies and processing timelines of the respective financial institution.
  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, incorrect item delivered, or an error attributable to CHANNEL.
  • Responsibility for initial delivery fees and any additional shipping charges will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase or return request, as applicable.

Resolution Options

Upon confirmation of a factory defect, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item, subject to stock availability
  • Repair of the item, if applicable
  • Full refund, if replacement or repair is not possible

Returns Not Allowed

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item has been damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • The item’s value has significantly decreased due to use or consumption.
  • The item’s value has deteriorated over time, making it no longer suitable for resale.
  • The item’s original packaging has been damaged, especially for products that require intact packaging to maintain resale value.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a confirmed factory defect, return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.
  • Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Note

This Return Policy applies strictly to factory defects only and does not cover change of mind or incorrect item selection.
