When will my order be ready?

• Most items are not available in the showroom and need to be pulled from the warehouse. Warehouse pull-out usually takes 3–5 days.
• If the item is available in the showroom, you can pick it up on the same day, subject to order and payment verification.

What do I need to pick up my order?

1. For logistics or corporate orders:
   • Company / Valid ID
   • Purchase Order (PO)
   • Order Form
2. If using a courier (Lalamove, Grab, etc.):
   • Provide order details/link to the courier
   • Courier’s ID
3. If you’re the buyer:
   • No ID needed if you placed the order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

• Yes. Provide their contact details and name for confirmation.
• A friend or family member can pick up the order if they bring:
  • Their ID
  • Authorization from the person who placed the order

Where can I pick up my order?

• Orders can be picked up at our store location. See directions on our Directions & Parking page.

How much is the shipping cost?

• Shipping fees are not fixed and depend on the courier, delivery location, package size/weight, and delivery service selected.
• The applicable shipping cost will be based on the courier that will be booked for the order and will be verified with the client before delivery.
• For deliveries within Metro Manila, orders are usually booked through Lalamove, depending on the item's size, weight, availability, and delivery location.
• For provincial or other locations, we may use couriers such as J&T Express or other available delivery services, depending on the order requirements and destination.
• The final shipping cost will be confirmed with the client before the order is dispatched.

How long will delivery take?

• Delivery times vary depending on product availability, order processing, courier service, and delivery location.
• For items that are available and ready for dispatch, delivery may be arranged once payment and order details have been verified.
• For items that need to be pulled from the warehouse, delivery will only be scheduled once the item is ready. Warehouse pull-out usually takes 3–5 days.
• Special Order items may require additional lead time depending on the supplier and availability.
• Courier delivery times may also vary depending on the courier's service coverage, operating schedule, traffic, weather, and the destination.
• The estimated delivery schedule will be confirmed with the client before the order is dispatched.

Important Note About Delivery

• Shipping cost and delivery time are estimates and may vary. The final courier, shipping fee, and estimated delivery time will be verified with the client before booking.
• Once the courier has been booked, delays caused by the courier, traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the delivery time.
