When will my order be ready?

  • Most items are not available in the showroom and need to be pulled from the warehouse (3–5 days).
  • If the item is available in the showroom, you can pick it up on the same day.

What do I need to pick up my order?

  1. For logistics or corporate orders:
    • Company / Valid ID
    • Purchase Order (PO)
    • Order Form
  2. If using a courier (Lalamove, Grab, etc.):
    • Provide order details/link to the courier
    • Courier’s ID
  3. If you’re the buyer:
    • No ID needed if you placed the order.

Can someone else pick up my order?

  • Yes. Provide their contact details and name for confirmation.
  • A friend or family member can pick up the order if they bring:
    • Their ID
    • Authorization from the person who placed the order

Where can I pick up my order?
