Channel International Enterprises provides customers with clear updates about their orders. Please note that our couriers are not directly connected to this system, so information displayed on the Order Status page is limited to internal updates only.
How Customers Receive Order Updates
- Email Notifications: Customers receive email confirmations, status updates, and follow-up notifications regarding their orders.
- Phone Updates: Customers may also receive calls/texts from the Channel team depending on the status of their order and shipping progress.
Why Shipping Information May Be Limited
- Real-time courier tracking is not displayed on the Order Status page.
- Only internal order statuses such as “Confirmed” or “Fulfilled” are shown.
- For live tracking updates, customers must use the tracking number provided by our team or available in the order details.
How to Access the Order Status Page
- Log in to your customer account on our website.
- Click the order status link included in your confirmation email.
