Orders Placed Through Sales Engineers or Support

If you process your order via phone or email with our Sales Engineers or Support Team:

  • You will be guided through the payment procedure step-by-step.
  • You may be asked to provide a screenshot or proof of payment for verification.

Understanding Your Billing Address

Your billing address is the address associated with your credit or debit card. It is used to confirm the transaction and prevent unauthorized use. When you submit your card details:

  • Your bank compares the entered billing address with its records.
  • If the details do not match, the payment may be declined or flagged.
  • Providing the correct billing address protects you from fraud and identity theft.

Note: If you recently moved, you may confirm your billing address by checking your latest credit card statement.

Billing Address vs. Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: Linked to your card and used for payment verification.
  • Shipping Address: The physical address where you want your order delivered.

These two addresses may be different. As long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be delivered to that location.

  • Can my billing and shipping address be different?
    Yes. The billing address verifies your payment; the shipping address is where we deliver.
  • Will my package be delivered to my billing address?
    No. It will be sent to the shipping address you entered during checkout.
  • What happens if I enter the wrong billing address?
    Your bank may decline or delay the payment for security reasons.
