1. General Pricing Principles
All prices displayed on CHANNEL.COM.PH (the “CHANNEL”) are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are determined based on product specifications, service scope, and prevailing market conditions.
The CHANNEL reserves the right to update or modify prices at any time without prior notice, provided that confirmed orders shall not be affected by such changes.
2. Price Inclusions and Exclusions
Unless otherwise indicated:
- Prices for products include applicable taxes, which shall be clearly stated at checkout.
- Service prices (e.g., installation, configuration) may exclude site-specific costs such as:
- Transportation or mobilization fees
- Additional labor beyond standard scope
- Permits or special access requirements
All additional charges, if any, shall be disclosed prior to order confirmation.
3. Quotations (For AV Installation & Projects)
All quotations provided by the CHANNEL are valid for a limited period (e.g., 7–30 days), unless otherwise stated.
Prices in quotations are based on the defined project scope. Any changes in scope, specifications, or site conditions may result in price adjustments.
A quotation shall only become binding upon formal acceptance by the client and confirmation by the CHANNEL.
4. Pricing Errors
In the event of pricing errors due to typographical mistakes, system issues, or incorrect product information:
- The CHANNEL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.
- Users shall be notified promptly and given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel without penalty.
5. Discounts and Promotions
- Promotional prices, discounts, or special offers are valid only within the specified period and subject to availability.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- The CHANNEL reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment or applicable deposit may be required before order processing, shipment, or service scheduling.
For project-based services, staged payments may apply as agreed in the quotation or contract:
- 50% Down Payment – upon contract signing / project confirmation
- 40% Progress Billing – upon delivery of equipment or mid-project milestone
- 10% Final Payment – upon project completion and acceptance
We accept the following payment methods (Online Orders):
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Online Wallets (e.g., GCash, Maya)
- Bank Transfers
Orders will only be processed once full payment is received and verified.
7. Price Adjustments After Order
Once an order is confirmed, prices shall generally remain fixed. However, adjustments may apply in cases of:
- Customer-requested changes
- Unforeseen site conditions (for installation projects)
- Regulatory or tax changes
Any such adjustments shall be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
8. Taxes
All applicable taxes, including Value-Added Tax (VAT), shall be applied in accordance with Philippine laws and will be clearly indicated in invoices or receipts.
